2021 National Day of Remembrance for Aborted Children

September 18, 2021 was a very special day throughout the United States that men and women, young and old, gathered together in prayer for the Annual, National Day of Remembrance for Aborted Children.

Sandy Robinson of Good Shepherd Parish kindly orchestrated this special prayer service to take place at Gate of Heaven Cemetery’s “Rachel Mourns Her Children” memorial.

Fr. Tom Wray, who is with St. Vincent Ferrer and All Saints Parishes, along with Fr. Ethan Moore, who is with Uptown Catholic Parishes, were both a wonderful and valuable part of our Archdiocese of Cincinnati team in this special prayer service.

The Host of Sacred Heart Radio, Sun Rise Morning Show, Anna Mitchell and the Executive Director of Cincinnati Right to Life, Meg DeBlase were also two other extra blessings in the prayer service.

Ron Miller, Director of the Musical Ministry at St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish was kind to share his gift of music with us too.

It was a beautiful Saturday morning with the 4th Degree Knights of Columbus, and several other men and women from parishes that shared their time with our readings and to lead the rosary, along with all that came to join together in prayer for all of our unborn brothers and sisters.

We hope to have even more join us in 2022!

Matthew 18:20 – “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”
