Are you retired and have extra time and you want to keep busy?
Do you balance your hectic busy work schedule to make time, and share time, to give back to your community?
Does your heart, spirit, love and faith bring you to Gate of Heaven quite often, either to say your rosary, walk the stations of the cross, get your steps in walking, or jogging, riding your bike, or visiting your loved one or loved ones interred here?
Well, Gate of Heaven is a wonderful place to share your time to volunteer too! We come across many events and situations when we need those extra, helping hands!
We have been blessed with volunteers (through rain and sunshine) recently, to post USA flags and pull USA flags, for over 6000 veterans that are interred here at Gate of Heaven.
We are hoping to start a list of contacts, who are willing to volunteer, for other future events here at Gate of Heaven Cemetery when needed.
Please share your interest and sign up to be on our volunteer contact list.
Please provide us with your name, phone number, and your email address,
so that we can reach out to you when we need you (and your family too)!
Email your interest in volunteering to:
or call 513-489-0300 and ask for Kate
God bless all of you always and in all ways!
2 Corinthians 9:6-7 – The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
“Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.”
“The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”
“Give all your worries to Him, because He cares for you. “
1 Peter 5:7
“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.”
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.”
“The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.”
“My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.”
