Illuminating the Original Divine Mercy | Lenten Presentation

A Live Multi-Media Lenten Experience

What if one of the most important sacred images in modern history had been lost, stolen, forgotten, and nearly erased—and only recently rediscovered?

This Lent, experience a powerful live presentation that brings the Original Image of Divine Mercy to life like never before.

Led by Daniel diSilva, director of the acclaimed documentary The Original Image of Divine Mercy, this immersive event blends history, mystery, faith, and cutting-edge technology to reveal the astonishing true story behind an image that has moved millions around the world. His research and presentation have been shared internationally—including presentations before two Popes.

  • Not a lecture. An experience.
Using a massive 10-foot-tall illuminated screen set inside a custom frame, the image appears in breathtaking super-high resolution—literally glowing before your eyes. Through film clips, historical imagery, dramatic re-enactments, music, humor, and inspiring storytelling, audiences are drawn into an unforgettable journey

  • The Story You’ve Never Heard
Painted in 1935 in Vilnius, Lithuania, under the direct guidance of Saint Faustina Kowalska, the original Divine Mercy image survived a remarkable and turbulent history—hidden, damaged, counterfeited, smuggled, and nearly lost to history for decades. For almost 90 years, its true story remained fragmented and misunderstood. Through years of global research, Daniel diSilva uncovered and documented the image’s complete history—work now recognized and endorsed by leading theologians, historians, and Church leaders, including the Archbishop of Vilnius and the official biographer of Saint Faustina.

  • Seen Around the World
This presentation has captivated audiences internationally—from parishes and cathedrals to universities and major religious gatherings—offering both newcomers and lifelong devotees a fresh, eye-opening encounter with Divine Mercy.
